A. i dunno i would rinse them well an rub them with my fingers with some brush soap. but what i do know is you have to hang them upside down to dry with bristels faceing down you kinda use your fingers to form them a little back in shape . maybe use a clothes hanger or sometimes they have a hole on the end to string them
