GNU Free Documentation License Which e-book reader supports the most file formats? Q. I need PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, TXT, HTML and PPT would be also nice. Asked by Blanka - Thu Oct 22 07:13:35 2009 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments A. The Kindle DX is the best ebook reader right now in the market. It can handle these file formats but not DOCX, RTF, or PPT. As far as I know, no other ebook reader support these formats too. You can, however, convert the unsupported format to supported format before reading on the e-book reader. I suggest to you to read here, it reviews the Kindle DX and also compares it with other ebook readers at the end of the review: I've also read another review here talking about how to get the most out of the Kindle DX: Hope this helps your decision.
